Business Development Manager

Our client is a General Contractor serving multiple markets within the commercial construction and renovation space. Our client specializes in multifamily & commercial, focusing on delivering to customers best-in-class service, at a fair price.

Location: Addison, Texas – Hybrid role

Job Description:

The Business Development Manager will be accountable for identifying new sales and growth opportunities/partnerships, creating, and building new relationships/rapport with client contacts, and negotiating and closing new construction project deals.

Responsibilities:

Using our client’s consultative sales process and approach, overcome objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreement, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

Manage all phases within the sale cycle to the successful close of profitable construction projects.

Collaborate to establish and consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals.

Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in all projects.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base = $75,000, depending on experience.

Commission = Uncapped

Year 1 OTE = $130,000

Year 2 OTE = $200,000+
