Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Dallas, TX. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and growing accounts, generating leads, providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction through effective communication, and closing sales deals by building rapport with customers and resolving concerns and issues.

Qualifications

Inside sales experience, with the ability to manage and grow accounts, and close sales deals

Exceptional customer service and satisfaction skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide timely solutions

Lead generation skills with a proven track record of generating leads and converting them into profitable business opportunities

Strong account management skills to support and strengthen existing customer relationships

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and resolve concerns and issues to their satisfaction

Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve sales goals
