Responsibilities:
Preserve confidential candidate information
Schedule and arrange in-person and virtual interviews
Prepare and convey time-sensitive offer documentation
Maintain important recruiting data in the ATS
Express professional communication skills at all times
Work within a fast-paced and high-volume environment
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant experience
1+ years of experience as a coordination/administrative role in a high-volume, fast-paced professional work environment
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proven to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality
Well-versed with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Ability to work both independently and in team-based environments
Confirmed performance track record by discussing metrics and success stories
Excellent references from previous supervisors
Preferred Qualifications:
Direct recruiting coordinator experience in a talent acquisition department
Proficient in managing time and multiple ongoing tasks in a high-volume environment
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Have excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
“Self-starter” with great work ethic and a high level of attention to detail
