Job Title: Sr Director, Game Presentation

Job Description:
The Sr Director, Game Presentation will lead our game presentation efforts on Chargers gameday at SoFI stadium and report to the Vice President, Content and Production. This person will be a detail-oriented, technologically savvy individual with experience show calling and leading teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop, enhance, and drive the visual representation of the Chargers brand on gameday through video, traditions, music, entertainment etc. at SoFi Stadium
Show call the Chargers gameday experience in conjunction with SoFi stadium control room members
Organize and maintain the game presentation budget
Oversight of game presentation department and its team members, maintaining a collaborative culture
Optimize Chargers gameday including but not limited to music, graphics, entertainment, video etc.
Oversee entire strategy as it relates to replays and camera use during game in progress
Work with internal stakeholders and game presentation team to create show rundowns that optimize for game flow, parters and our fans
Enhance gameday traditions through collaboration with other internal stakeholders
Create new and effective communications and workflows on gameday to enhance experience
Create rehearsal week schedules
Write all gameday scripts
Create opportunities for legends and influencers within gameday
Manage internal spec deck for all internal and external stakeholders as it relates to deliveries
Explore new opportunities for the department through enhanced technology
Manage game presentation sponsorship inventory and create new fan-facing entertainment opportunities for sponsors
Manage all creation of assets within vision of gameday
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the field with at least 3 years in a management role.
Strong understanding of NFL gameday rules and regulations surrounding game in progress, replays, music etc.
Team-focused leader with excellent communication skills and spontaneous creativity
Detail-oriented and technologically savvy when it relates to control room technology
Familiarity with stadium control room technology including Ross
Outstanding work ethic with superb verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in calling pro sports with a focus on NFL
Anticipated salary range: $150,000 - $195,000
