NYC Commercial Debt Collections Attorney

Maxwell Brooks is assisting a reputable NYC business law firm seeking to add an experienced Litigation Attorney who specializes in the collection of commercial debts and the enforcement of money judgments to join its team.

The ideal Candidate will have:

5+ years of commercial debt collections experience.

Experience managing commercial debt collection litigation matters from inception to trial, including post-judgment proceedings, in the New York courts. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.

Must have strong writing and communication skills.

New York bar is required.
