Position Overview:

If you have a proven history of selling tech, doing the dials, having responsibilities increase, and are now confident enough to pursue bigger challenges, a stronger culture, and a clearer path to growth in your sales career-- this is the role for you.

You will work directly with our COO and VP of Sales

Responsibilities:

1. Do 300 Cold calls a day (we got leads for y'all already, no need to scrape or FIND leads)

2. Book 2-3 appointments a day/Book 4 in a day and walk out the office with

3. Organize your CRM (Hubspot CRM system)

4. Take Zoom calls presenting our services to prospects

5. Receive sales training to improve your skills

Though you will begin as a Sales Development Representative, we expect you to eventually outgrow

this role. When that happens, you'll move into whatever role in the department

you're best suited for.

We not only hope you move up, we expect you to move up. If you aren't out

of this SDR role and doing something more challenging and crucial in the

company in 12-24 months, it means you aren't the right person for this role.

What is Tixta and what do we do? (Company Overview)

We're a tech company that focuses on social engagements for TikTok, Instagram, Threads, and X, meaning we engage with the brand's target audience on their behalf. Just imagine that for every person that walks into any high-end location, the moment they walk in there, our AI system picks up the digital trace they leave behind and now their Instagram/TikTok page starts to engage with them causing them to come back to the page and potentially start doing business with them.

We have been around for 6 years, built an international team of 85+ people, and our main HQ is in Design District Miami, FL.

In the past 6 years, we served over 2,500 brands to build their social media pages.

We also create educational content to teach people for free how to utilize their content to make their money in the long term.

IN OFFICE ROLE

Salary: $3,000-$20,000 A MONTH plus commissions

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

Here’s a list of primary skills we believe are necessary for this career:

3+ years of experience in the areas of Tech/software sales

But – this role is NOT for people who want their first job in sales. This is for

experienced, yet “young in their career” sales professionals who want to

see how a modern tech company operates and sells its services.

Truly craves a startup environment where we are learning, iterating, and

shipping things quickly

MUST HAVE PERFECT ENGLISH

Experience with Hubspot is a plus, but not required. But you will be required to

become proficient in it.

A self-starter; you learn quickly, absorb like a sponge, and take action

A problem-solver; uses frameworks to rigorously define and analyze problems,

creating solutions

2+ years of experience in cold calling 300 people a day
