Clayton Services is searching for a Property & Casualty Risk Manager to join a thriving company in Northwest Houston. The Property & Casualty Risk Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization's comprehensive insurance and risk management programs, assessing, and identifying risks that could impact the reputation, safety, security, or financial success of the organization.
Job Type: Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $120,000/year

Property & Casualty Risk Manager Responsibilities:
Conduct risk assessments, collecting and analyzing documentation, statistics, reports, and market trends
Establishes policies and procedures to identify and address risks in the organization's services and departments
Reviews and assesses risk management policies and protocols, makes recommendations, and implements modifications and improvements
Recommends and implements risk management solutions such as insurance, safety and security policies, business continuity plans, or recovery measures
Reviews and analyzes metrics and data such as cash flow, inventory, breakage, and employee activity that could uncover fraudulent behavior
Drafts and presents risk reports and proposals to executive leadership
Other duties as assigned
Property & Casualty Risk Manager Skills and Abilities:
Strong knowledge of policies and best practices of risk management
Excellent communication skills
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work 40+ hours/week
Ability to travel occasionally
Ability to work a weekend or holiday as the business dictates
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Property & Casualty Risk Manager Education and Experience:
A bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, or a related field is required
At least one year of related experience
