UKG HRIS Specialist

Company Overview:

Planet Technology's client is a leading non-profit arts organization. They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated UKG HRIS Specialist to join their team on a full-time basis. The resource must already be local to the southern California area to meet the onsite requirements of 4 days per week.

Responsibilities:

The UKG HRIS Specialist will be a UKG Ready subject matter expert. The UKG HRIS Specialist will support the HCM/HRIS system and the HR team.

Qualifications Include:

Minimum of 5 years experience with UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready)

Minimum of 3 years of HRIS Administration experience with strong technical skills related to data management, system configuration, report generation, and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of HR and Payroll Processes and best practices as well as knowledge of compliance requirements, payroll calculations, benefits administration, and employee data management.

Project Management Experience related to system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to analyze data, identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions.
