Description:

Title: Technical Support Specialist

Client: Global leader in the legal services industry

Compensation: $80,000-$95,000

Location: Washington, DC (ONSITE)

Work Authorization: USC or Green Card ONLY

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support out of the firm's DC office.

Support all office systems including AV Conference Room equipment.

Troubleshoot all hardware and software related issues.

Tier II/III point of escalation for the global service desk.

Provide "white glove" support for Sr. Attorneys & Stakeholders.

Support infrastructure teams on a project to project basis for various deployments, implementations and refreshes.

Qualifications:

4 Years of experience providing technical support within a LAW FIRM.

Experience with iManage, O365 product suite, Citrix and AV Conference room systems.

Flexible work schedule.

Exceptional communication skills.
