Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Montgomery, IL. This role is critical in driving revenue growth through proactive customer engagement, supporting the outside sales team, and maintaining high customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up on pending quotes to finalize sales opportunities and drive revenue.

Initiate cold-calling and use databases effectively to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.

Use the ERP system to create accurate quotes and deliver compelling product presentations to clients.

Address customer inquiries post-quote, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying additional sales opportunities.

Work closely with the outside sales team to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement.

Offer in-depth knowledge of products and industry insights to answer client questions and drive sales.

Qualifications

Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales goals in a business development role.

Skilled in cold-calling techniques and experienced with social media engagement.

Possess a strong competitive drive and excellent communication skills.

Ambitious and committed to achieving sales targets.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM is a plus.
