Responsibilities:

• Lead the enhancement of the Financial Crimes Compliance procedures and operating manuals to align with the Global Financial Crimes Division Standards.

• Execute the Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) controls including the review of Gift and Hospitality Requests, Donation request, and perform semi-annual QA.

• Calculate and report on Compliance Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and metrics.

• Assemble data for Regulatory Affairs, Exams, and Inquiries.

• Support Compliance Assessments and the Risk Control Self-Assessment.

• Contribute to the Compliance governance and reporting through assembling data for the Branch and CUSO reporting.

• Assist with AML application maintenance such as validations and testing, system upgrades, system tuning, model validations.

• Serve as a backup to perform 314(a) information screening as appropriate.

•Based on changes in the business work environment, job responsibilities can change, and additional functions and tasks may be added or removed accordingly. Additionally, this position will perform other duties as required, and participate in special projects as deemed necessary and appropriate by Management.

Skills & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree

Experience: 8-10 years of relevant work experience within Compliance or Legal

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other Office products.

• Must be versatile, able to work effectively, independently, and as part of a team.

• Strong writing skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Detailed oriented, possess a high level of attention to detail and quality of work product

• CAMS preferred

The typical base pay range for this role is between $140K - $160K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
