Must Haves:
2-3+ years of Supply Chain experience within regulated industry at a large multi-national company
Experience with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Scenario Planning, and Demand Planning
Strong Excel skills (macros, v-look ups, pivot tables) and Data Analytics/Reporting experience
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
Open to hybrid on-site 1-2 days a week

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
APIC / ASCM Certification (CSCP, CPIM, etc)

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional and global S&OP strategies, drive accurate demand forecasting, and enhance overall performance metrics. S&OP Process Management:
Lead the regional S&OP process, ensuring alignment with the global Franchise S&OP Process.
Foster collaborative partnerships with commercial and supply chain teams.
Keep country Demand Planners informed and aligned with Franchise strategies.
Drive consistency in approach across the country S&OP process.
Demand Forecasting and Scenario Development:
Develop accurate regional consensus forecasts.
Analyze demand scenarios, identifying risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with regional marketing to align product portfolio plans.
Supply/Demand Planning:
Own end-to-end supply/demand planning for Biosurgery Products.
Share forecast requirements with supply planning partners.
Work on a balanced production strategy to meet Customer Service and Inventory targets.
Continuous Improvement:
Execute comprehensive analysis of internal and external supply chains.
Implement continuous improvements to achieve target service levels and optimize costs.
Support analysis and continuous SLOB (Slow-Moving and Obsolete) improvement projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Participate in weekly MPS (Master Production Schedule) Review calls.
Collaborate with Global and Regional Demand Planning teams.
Account for demand variability in supply planning processes.
Supplier Collaboration:
Collaborate with Suppliers on long-term capacity planning and performance improvement.
Share supplier strategies, performance metrics, and key initiatives in monthly Internal S&OP meetings.
