Our client is a top firm, seeking a senior level trademark counsel for its Houston or Austin offices.

Qualified Candidates

6+ years of IP trademark prosecution experience, with a preference for the energy, high-tech, or real estate industries.

Experience with IP licensing, technology transactions, diligence, copyrights, opinions, and non-disclosure agreements is preferred.

State bar jurisdiction, with a preference for Texas.

Excellent writing, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Strong client-interfacing skills; team focused.
