Position Overview

The Learning Management Support Administrator will focus on supporting the day-to-day support activities of the learning management system (LMS) and learning experience platform (LXP). As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of systems to optimize employee training and development.

This role can be located at any CRH office in the Eastern Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users of Degreed LXP and the SAP SuccessFactors LMS

Collaborate with the training and development team to administer training materials on digital platforms

Ensure smooth communication and support relationship with the content providers

Monitor system performance and address any issues or inefficiencies

Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance

Assist in the integration of HRIS with the learning management platforms (including LXP)

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning management technology

Assist in the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors and Degreed Learning Experience Platform (LXP) platforms

Design, develop, and maintain proper end-user system support documentation

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 1 year experience in systems support

Experience in SAP SuccessFactors / Degreed LXP platforms or any other learning platform is preferred

Work Requirements

18 years in age or older

Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

Adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook

Potential travel around 5%

Strong analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communicator; both verbal and written

Ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment

Ability to work well in collaborative team environment and as an individual contributor
