Position Overview

We seek a skilled and innovative individual to serve as our company's president. This position will entail providing direction, promoting growth, and maintaining operational efficiency. We seek a technology-focused executive with a proven track record in leadership, growth, and success in high-margin companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to drive business growth and expansion, aligning with the company's mission, vision, and values.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the company's reach and revenue streams.

Product Innovation: Lead the development and commercialization of innovative environmental technologies and solutions that address market needs and trends.

Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of company operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, quality control, and customer service, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Financial Management: Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and risk management, to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.

Talent Development: Attract, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations, standards, and policies, maintaining the company's reputation for integrity and ethical conduct.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, environmental science, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in technology-led/high-margin businesses, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and profitability.

Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and measurable results.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build consensus, influence stakeholders, and inspire teams.

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, fostering innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Sound financial acumen and analytical skills, with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.

Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
