IRONDELTA, based in Northern Utah, is seeking to bring on an additional team member to erect steel buildings. We are looking for someone that is fast paced with attention to detail and works well with others. Safe and quality work is our absolute priority with an enjoyable work environment all the time.

Responsibilities:

Execute safe work practices pertaining to the construction of prefab metal buildings.

Work under the direction of the foreman and collaborate task execution with team members.

Steel framing, wall sheeting, insulation install.

Roofing, install trim, gutters, etc.

Develop trade knowledge and skills.

Learn how to read blueprints.

Operate heavy equipment such as scissor lifts, forklifts and boom lifts.Requirements:

Qualifications:

Work experience in the steel construction industry. Preference given to those with experience in both structural steel and pre-engineered metal buildings.

Must be willing/able to travel from project to project throughout the state of Utah and to the occasional jobs in the surrounding states and be away from home for an extended period of time.

High School diploma or equivalent.

OSHA 10/30 training preferred, but not required.

Comfortable with heights.

Able to lift 80 lbs.

Ability to verbally communicate in a professional manner with the project team and client.

Must be drug-free and eligible to work in the US

Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Personal tools are a plus but not required. (We primarily use Milwaukie, and some Makita power tools)
