Keys to an interview: Business Manager Proprietary Trading

At least 4-5 years' work experience in the Trading industry, including in a front office environment

Experience with project management related to onboarding new Traders, Clearing Firms, Prime Brokerages, Exchanges, and Systems

Experience working directly with Traders, preferably in an international environment

Key responsibilities: Business Manager Proprietary Trading

Project Manage the assessment and implementation of new trading initiatives and trading access changes. This could include onboarding of traders, exchanges, products, execution systems, clearing firms, etc.

Partner collaboratively with members of trading, support teams, and technology to establish best practices to improve efficiency

Gather relevant data, details, and timelines. Use critical thought to define scope based on provided requirements. Clearly communicate details to all impacted parties.
