Customer Service Executive - US

We are looking for "Customer support executive – US" Position at Hyderabad, INDIA Location.

* Dynamic individual with excellent communication & email etiquette required.

* Must have experience in dealing with Shipping Lines & Trucking companies.

* Ocean & Air documentation knowledge with be added advantage.

* Experience in Ocean Freight, Air Freight & Project shipments for US companies.

* Knowledge of geographical boundaries, Sea ports.

* Develop & maintain strong relationships with customers.

* Creative, problem solving & solution-oriented approach to handle both Origin & Destination parties.
