Position: Senior Client Partner

Job Description:

This Industry veteran and/or Senior Client Partner is responsible/accountable for the following:

Build new relationships through calls, networking, and word of mouth.

Showcase APEX’ various service offerings and create business proposal(s) and contracts.

Collaborate with Client’s multiple department(s)/Account(s), understand the Client’s needs deeply & develop matured business plan to achieve the Revenue/Profit within the set timelines.

Have frequent meetings with the Client and collaborate with decision makers and influencers.

Acquire New professional services & solution(s) business.

Develop existing professional services & solution(s) business.

Nurture the existing account relationship and mine for additional revenue.

Design and create new account strategies to acquire additional business/revenue.

Design and implement creative approaches to further the Client satisfaction.

Be responsible for resolving Client’s concerns and requests efficiently & immediately.

Monitor client satisfaction regularly and update the company’s management team.

Accountable/ Responsible for Client Satisfaction across the various account(s) relationships.

Maintain a continuous and active fostering professional relationship with APEX technology personnel deployed at the client to understand client’s requirements in greater depth.
