Your Role: As our HVAC Service Technician, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems for our valued clientele. Here's what the role involves:

Technical Expertise: Utilize your skills to diagnose, repair, clean, and adjust electronic and mechanical components of HVAC systems.

Client Interaction: Guide and advise clients in selecting the most appropriate air quality system to meet their needs, always prioritizing client satisfaction, safety, and comfort.

Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive team environment by arriving eager to learn, assisting teammates, and maintaining open communication.

Safety First: Identify maintenance risks on equipment, ensure proper paperwork, parts, tools, and safety equipment are organized in the vehicle.

On-the-Job Responsiveness: Travel to job sites, work efficiently, and communicate any delays to clients. Perform emergency repairs promptly and participate in company-led training on the latest industry technologies.

Your Qualities: Ideal candidates will be patient, empathetic, and ready to learn. Familiarity with a wide range of equipment, ability to work in confined spaces, and willingness to participate in rotating on-call shifts for emergency service are essential.

Ability to commute/relocate: Wilmington, NC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience: HVAC: 1+ year (Preferred)

License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
