Clay Cooley Nissan of Lewisville is always looking to add qualified, experienced, and self-motivated Automotive Service Technicians to our growing team! The Service Technician should be at a proficient level and can perform diagnostics and repairs in all areas, including specialized areas of repair.

Job Duties:

Examines, diagnoses, and discusses the issue of the vehicle with the Shop Foreman/Service Advisor for communication to the customers. The Technician offers labor time estimates to the Service Advisor.

Restores transmissions and fuel components as needed. The Technician repairs cooling components and systems, such as engine cooling and air conditioners.

Proposes work procedures in cooperation with the Shop Foreman. The Technician completes a story or document for customer repairs.

Ensures that vehicle longevity and functionality are maintained in a routine manner. The Technician maintains adherence to dealership policies regarding customer vehicle care and operations.

Job Requirements:

Automotive Technician knowledge/experience is required. Pay is based on experience.

Certifications, Licenses, and local registrations required for the position.

Ability to comprehend and interpret documents such as safety regulations, operating, maintenance, and procedure manuals.

Flexible schedule
