Customer Care Specialist - Whippany, NJ

Pay & Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $17 - $19/hour based on education and experience

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Location: AlphaBEST Regional Office in Whippany NJ
As an AlphaBEST Customer Care Representative, you'll bring your A-game daily as you:
Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every phone call and interaction
Resolve customer concerns when questions or concerns arise regarding programs, registrations, student management system, accounts, and billing.
Have fun
Showcase AlphaBEST's core values to our customers
Build customer loyalty
Complete reports regularly that provide leadership a picture of your area of responsibility
Here's what you'll need:
Bilingual in English and Spanish languages is a plus
An obsession to make every customer happy
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Two years' experience and a proven track record of impeccable customer satisfaction
