Job Description
R2C is seeking a full-time, permanent Administrative Assistant/Soldering Technician.
Job Duties include:
Have experience in Soldering and Configuration Managment
Experience and knowledge of ISO Quality Standards
Cable building experience
Answering customer questions, providing information, taking, and processing orders and addressing concerns
Answering phone calls and calling customers and vendors to follow up on appointments and deliveries
Compiling, maintaining, and updating company records
Managing office inventory and working with vendors to ensure the regular supply of office materials
Setting up appointments, scheduling meetings, distributing reports, and managing the correspondence between the office and external bodies
Compiling and maintaining records of office business transactions
Operating office equipment including printers, copiers, fax machines and multimedia instruments
Requirements:
Knowledge of construction practices and methods and construction management skills is desirable. Must be computer literate and comfortable with performing all daily tasks through interactions in computer-based programs including but not limited to MS 365 (Word, Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio), MS Project.
Must have an Active Clearance, or the ability to gain and maintain a clearance.
