Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Bugging Out Termite & Pest Control is seeking a customer service rep for our Westwood office. This position includes but is not limited to answering the phones for customers for pest related issues, booking appointments, scheduling routes for the technicians, taking payments, making outbound calls to customers and some office work. This position requires someone who has a friendly, happy, welcoming voice. The ability to multitask is very important as this is a fast paced working environment. Great organizational skills is a must. Must be reliable.

This position is for FULL TIME

MONDAY- FRIDAY

8:30AM-4:30PM

NO WEEKENDS
