In this crucial position, you will be responsible for scheduling MRI appointments at our Rolling Meadows location and implementing safety protocols to guarantee a smooth process for our patients. Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough MRI safety screenings and obtain relevant medical records.

Accurately conduct safety screenings before scheduling MRI appointments.

Communicate effectively with patients to gather precise responses to safety questions.

Provide pre-examination instructions and explain MRI procedures clearly and precisely.

Collaborate with MRI Technologists, providing required documentation and reports.

Experience Required:

Previous experience in medical scheduling.

Attention to detail and the ability to navigate patient charts.

Familiarity with imaging processes, MRIs, and medical record safety.

Multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Prior exposure to front desk or patient representative roles.

Experience in billing and customer service.
