Estimator / Concrete - Construction / Tomball, TX

Job Description

Our client, located in Tomball, TX is currently in need of an experience Estimator. This is a full time perm position.

Candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience using Plan Swift (preferable) or similar estimating software for their turn-key concrete work. With this the can provide all of the finishing estimates for concrete, steel, lumber, rebar, etc.. The primary need is for residential, but commercial experience would be a plus.

The ideal candidate would be anyone who has worked for a construction company as an estimator or a supplier of large scale construction materials, like cable / steel packages, rebar, lumber, etc.

Candidate must be able to pass a background and drug screen.
