Paralegal

Job Description

Seeking a paralegal for a senior partner in our Naperville law firm. Must have 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, great organizational skills, strong typing accuracy, proficiency in MS Word, Westlaw and good references.

Duties will include coordinating partner's schedule, answering calls, providing clerical support, client intake, and organizing/maintaining case files and filings. This is a fast-paced environment, and we need someone who can hit the ground running. We are looking for a professional who is flexible, dedicated, and motivated, with great communication skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines. The ideal applicant will also have paralegal research and writing skills.
