**IMMEDIATE HIRE ** PAID RELOCATION EXPENSES**(UTAH IS AWESOME!)

Will pay travel expenses to relocate for applicants experienced in the SERVPRO process.

As a Crew Chief your job will be to arrive at the site quickly, assess the damage, communicate with the client about your plan and start stabilizing the damage. This role is challenging because no two disasters are the same. We need experienced leaders that are analytical, good communicators and can act quickly. You will need to learn and become skilled in the proprietary software we use. You will also need to communicate with your partner and the office staff in a professional manner to serve our client with the utmost professionalism. Disasters are never scheduled; therefore, we must frequently pull together to get the job done even if that means working through the night.

As a Crew Chief you will also be responsible for being “on call” rotation for one week at nights and during the weekend every four weeks. This will mean additional pay in the form of overtime.

Starting Wage: $21-27 per hour DOE PLUS OVERTIME

Schedule: M-F, 8-5;

On Call Rotation only every 4 weeks (which includes nights and weekends).

Job Description:

We are looking for a Hero to help property owners restore their homes or businesses in the event of water, mold or fire damage. You will respond to service calls as needed, start by explaining the process to the property owner, lead your team to extract water, remove materials affected by water, clean up after fire damage, disinfect/remove materials affected by mold or remediate biohazards. This includes, but is not limited to, removing affected materials like flooring and drywall. Also, communicate with the Mitigation Manager to make sure all customer needs are met. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment and warehouse per assignment. Ensure that office personnel have the information and documentation needed to process jobs.

Responsibilities:

Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project

Maintain clean and organized vehicles/equipment

Set up equipment for each project then leave job site clean and orderly

Perform production processes following SERVPRO® production guidelines

Document all progress in job management proprietary software

Ability to show proficient use of technology, computers, software, systems and mobile devices

Ensure clear two-way communication with clients, mitigation manager, other technicians and office personnel

Understand and follow safety guidelines on the job site, in the office, and during travel

Qualifications:

Effective oral and written communication

Comfortable speaking to clients and explaining the restoration process

Construction experience preferred but not required

Experience in cleaning/restoration = Higher Pay

High school diploma/GED

Clean Cut – beards neatly trimmed and long hair pulled back

Show up in clean clothes and shower fresh

IICRC certifications preferred but not required

Ability to travel locally and out of state as necessary

Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Currently possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance

Exposure to chemicals

Tenacity and grit

Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,

Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights

Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)

Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
