Job Description

Description: Primary role is to support the hair design stylists with client preparation, chemical applications, equipment and station readiness, and other needs as required to ensure efficient operation and total customer satisfaction. The assistant anticipates the stylists’ needs, having materials and equipment ready in advance.

The position is salaried (hourly), but provides for commissioned service opportunities on one dedicated day/week with a promotion program to a targeted new client base.

Since day one, Casal's has operated as a departmentalized salon and spa where only the best professionals practice in their areas of expertise. Every Monday morning our salon is closed for advanced education classes for our staff where they continue to master their specialized skills.
