Sales Specialist - Hair Aesthetics Sandton

Our Client is an international hair transplant clinic based in the Sandton region, offering consultations and services within the aesthetics industry. This is an ideal role for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, where they will be working within a team to achieve their KPI’s.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Liaise with clientele in one-on-one consultations and drive the sales growth by providing value to the customer, by understanding the service, the client psychology and achieving the outcome of a sale.

Monday-Saturday schedule working a 48-hour work week (includes Saturdays).

Great image and people orientated personality.

Excellent client care

Meet targets and KPIs as set out by the company.

Organization skills in terms of task planning, team meetings, time management.

Ability to effectively build rapport and trust with prospective clients.

Phone, text, email and personally communicate well with prospective clients.

Highly articulate, well-poised, and polished, congenial, with a strong problem-solving ability

Professional appearance always with a professional and polite demeanor

Self-starter, accountable, and highly motivated to hit and exceed targets.

Microsoft Suite proficiency (Outlook, MS Word, Excel)

Proven experience in customer service and sales.

Ability to create and implement successful sales strategies.

Experience in one on one client engagement

Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
