Skills needed:

Assisting GM with operations and P&L management or have been acting GM.

Recruit, train, and develop staff

Ability to maintain a positive work environment and uphold service standards

Participate in community involvement initiatives

Qualifications:

1-2 years of management experience in quick-service or full-service restaurants

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

P&L management expertise

Ability to assess and improve employee performance

Experience in business planning and implementation
