Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to our website, increase brand awareness, and generate leads and conversions. The Digital Marketing Specialist will utilize various digital platforms such as social media, email, search engines, and display advertising to achieve these objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive online traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads and conversions.

Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

Conduct keyword research and analysis for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve website visibility and rankings on search engine results pages (SERPs).

Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to foster audience engagement and grow social media following.

Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance metrics using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list segmentation, and performance tracking.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, design, content) to develop integrated marketing strategies and ensure consistency across all digital channels.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, including new tools and technologies, and recommend innovative strategies to achieve marketing objectives.

Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing performance and ROI to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience (2 years) working in digital marketing roles, with a strong track record of executing successful campaigns.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, etc.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics) are desirable but not required.
