Position Details
Role: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Fairfax, VA
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll:
Handle full-cycle AP tasks using Dynamics SL.
Manage invoices, expense vouchers, and purchase order files.
Process operating expenses, credit card statements, and ACH payments.
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.
Requirements
Associate's degree in accounting or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of Accounts Payable experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Basic to intermediate skills in Excel.
Experience with MS Dynamics SL preferred.
Nonprofit experience is a plus.
