About Us:
Chess at Three is a US/New York-based early education company that has recently expanded to Singapore. We offer innovative educational programs that combine storytelling, chess, and creative play to foster critical thinking, creativity, and social skills in children aged 6 months to 11 years.
Our Programs:
Chess at Three: Introduces chess to children as young as three through engaging stories and games.
Birchguard Quest: A speech and drama program that develops creativity, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Bea and Bop's Playgroup: A creative play and early development class incorporating puppetry, music, and movement.
The Opportunity:
We're seeking enthusiastic educators to teach our programs at our United Square club and in schools. You'll work with small groups of children aged 3-10, using our award-winning curriculum. While chess experience is helpful, it's not required - we'll provide comprehensive training and pair you with an experienced tutor.
Requirements:
Passion for early childhood education and storytelling
Experience in social work, education, or a related field
Fun, animated, and great with children
Strong organizational and communication skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
Thorough background check required

Position Details:
S$25/hr - $40/hr

Weekdays during school
Weekdays after school
Weekend availability is preferred
