A . Infrastructure Management : 1.

Oversee & maintain the organisation's IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

Develop and implement strategies for network, server, and storage management to support business operations and growth.

B . IT Security : 3.

Lead the development and implementation of IT security policies, procedures, and controls to protect the organization's systems, data, and assets.

Monitor security vulnerabilities, threats, and breaches, and take proactive measures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

C . Cyber Crime Prevention : 5.

Develop and maintain strategies to detect, prevent, and respond to cyber threats and attacks, including malware, phishing, and ransomware.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to investigate incidents, analyse trends, and enhance the organization's cyber resilience.

D . Retail ERP Management : 7.

Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimisation of Retail ERP systems (AX, D365). 8.

Provide leadership and support for ERP modules, including inventory management, sales, and customer relationship management.
