Job Summary : We're in search of a skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Flock AI.

The ideal candidate will excel in creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of digital and print materials, including posters, marketing collateral, advertisements, and social media graphics.

Key Responsibilities : - Photo Retouching : Edit and retouch photos to enhance their quality, ensuring they align with our brand aesthetic and messaging.

- Color Grading : Implement effective color grading techniques to create impactful visuals that resonate with our target audience and evoke desired emotions.

- Color Psychology : Utilize a deep understanding of color psychology to select and apply color schemes that enhance the visual impact of our designs and align with our brand identity.

- Photo Manipulation : Develop creative and compelling photo manipulations that tell a story and captivate our audience.

- Maintain Brand Consistency : Ensure that all design materials adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and other designers, to bring concepts to life and meet project objectives.

Qualifications : 1.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop with a strong emphasis on photo manipulation and advanced editing techniques.

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.

Understanding of colour psychology and its application in design.

4.

Proven experience with photo retouching, colour grading, poster design, and photo manipulations.

Strong portfolio showcasing your design work, with an emphasis on relevant projects.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
