Lead and manage the agency operations team to deliver quality sales support and administration services to agency and CDO office and ensure the team’s efficiency and quality of work, as well as maintaining effective communication with stakeholders
Lead and manage projects related to sales support, administration and/or office premises from end-to-end including project planning, management approval, communication to stakeholders and successful implementation in a quality and professional manner
Serve as the middle office between sales and back office departments to provide coordination and support for company wide initiatives and projects
Streamline existing process and devise new workflows to support business needs and initiate workflow optimization for existing workflows from time to time, including but not limited to improving the service & support quality and operation efficiency
Manage department budget and expense; Fulfilment and implementation of internal control actions including but not limited to compliance, audit and risk functions
8+ years of experience working in finance/insurance sector
Relevant experience in sales support and/or operations and with business acumen
Proven track record in team management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Excellent project management skill
