DHL Group is seeking an ambitious and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Trinidad and Tobago. This position is ideal for professionals with a customer-focused mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

As a Field Sales Representative, you will:

• Promote and sell DHL's range of services to meet sales targets and generate revenue.

• Respond to customer needs with the best DHL solution, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Leverage existing customer relationships to expand business and develop relationships with new clients through proactive prospecting.

• Monitor and review customer sales activity and make strategic adjustments to processes and strategies as needed.

• Identify opportunities for new business within your assigned territory.

• Design customized presentations to showcase DHL services to decision makers.

• Build revenue streams with current customers and evaluate opportunities to increase relationships through face-to-face visits, problem-solving, and administrative follow-up.

• Utilize your knowledge of the DHL Network as a Certified International Specialist Master to help businesses improve their relationships with customers.

• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to maximize sales and revenue growth within your territory.

This role offers a generous commission and sales incentive plan. You will be operating under limited supervision, using your experience and judgment to achieve the desired outcomes. You will have a significant impact on our department and area, and your work will involve periodic reviews by supervisors or direct customers.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree

• 2-4 years of successful B2B sales experience (preferably in service solutions)

• Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (experience with a CRM system is a plus)

• Experience in the transportation industry, service solution sales, or international sales is highly preferred
