JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

Registered Nurse Manager - Surgical Services

RN MGR - OR

Registered Nurse candidates for the Manager position of the Surgical Services Department will have the following job responsibilities:

We are seeking a Surgical Services Nurse Manager to oversee Pre-Op, PACU, Endo, and PAT.

You will provide leadership and expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care in a surgical environment.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS-

Registered Nurse Manager - Surgical Services

RN MGR - OR

Full-Time

Registered Nurse candidates for the Manager position of the Surgical Services Department must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Registered Nurse

Bachelors Degree

5 years in appropriate area of expertise and two years in a supervisory/charge nurse position in Surgery/Day Surgery

Additional Details:

Oversight of PACU (including pre-op), surgery, sterile processing & valve clinic

FTE: 45

58 bed facility

(CNC & Charge RN in Surgery/ PACU) and Supervisor in sterile processing area

6 OR/3 hybrid ORs

5 PACU bays

4 pre-op beds

Just over 900 open heart surgeries in 2021

Salary Range: $90k - $130k
