Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Details
*** MUST live in the Greater Las Vegas area ***
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of recent Public Accounting experience
* Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting or related field
* CPA License highly preferred
* Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax law changes
* Experience supervising multiple engagements
* Experience leading and supervising staff
Job Duties:
Perform tax projections, structuring and modeling
Tax return preparation as needed
Oversee engagements including planning, organization, execution & coordination of assignments, while ensuring quality and timely delivery
Supervise, inspire, motivate and hold staff accountable
Review staff work for accuracy and completeness
Maximize personal charge time and that of staff
Develop an understanding of the client's business and become a "functional expert" in the area
Communicate effectively with senior and subordinate staff as to status of work, deadlines and budgets
Communicate important developments to the engagement manager along with facts, conclusions and recommendations
Prepare engagement letters and financial statements as needed
