Project Manager

Direct supervision and management of workers and sub-contractors related to piping related works done at site.

Set clear direction to lead, drive and motivate the team towards achieving common daily, weekly, and monthly goals Contribute operations information and recommendation to strategic plans and reviews Prepare and complete action plans, implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards Establish, maintain and enforce safe and healthy work environment protocols for all site works Keep daily activity progress record and log any problems that may exist for immediate action Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships Develop and maintain viable long-term relationship with internal and external stakeholders Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent Minimum 8 years of working experience in the marine industry At least 4 years of working experience in fabrication/shipyard environment Excellent communicator and exemplary leadership quality Proven track-record in team management for project execution Sound knowledge and qualification in NDT techniques (ASNT, CSWIP, ERS or equivalent) Knowledgeable in international Codes & Standards (ASME, AWS, ASTM, API…) Knowledge in ISO 90001 and OHSAS 18001 Management System Extensive travelling may be required for the position
