Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Safety Manager to oversee safety protocols and procedures for a hotel project in Cocoa Beach. The Safety Manager will be responsible for implementing and enforcing safety standards to ensure the well-being of all workers and visitors on the construction site.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.

Collaborate with project managers and contractors to address safety concerns and develop mitigation strategies.

Provide safety training and orientation to all staff and subcontractors.

Investigate accidents and incidents, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for preventive measures.

Maintain records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident reports.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in construction safety. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience as a Safety Manager or similar role in the construction industry.

Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Certification in CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Training (preferred).
