Occupational Therapist

River Therapies is a private therapy company located in the Fox Chapel community of Pennsylvania.

We specialize in outpatient, early intervention, and school-based therapy services.

Our mission is to serve God, by helping children surpass what others said they would never achieve.

We are seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team.

Our company has openings within the available work settings: outpatient, early intervention, and daycare settings, with the therapist providing services in multiple settings.

River Therapies will work with you to determine which settings work best for your ideal work environment!

As a member of the therapy department, you will work with other therapeutic staff, family members, and Service Coordinators in the Early Intervention setting and report to our administration staff at River Therapies.

In our outpatient clinic setting, therapists will work alongside physical therapists and speech and language pathologists for the betterment of each patient!

What You Will Do: provide daily occupational therapy sessions to patients identified as requiring services complete daily documentation complete progress reports and all other required paperwork for early intervention in PA complete outpatient and daycare progress reports, following insurance and facility requirements maintain required communication with families for the betterment of each patient regular meetings with administration staff to discuss caseloads, answer questions, and promote overall employment success promote a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment for patients and families What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills: Licensed Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania excellent communication skills professional and positive work ethic desire to work in a multi-facet position, broadening skills in each setting passion for the field of pediatric occupational therapy Why You'll Love Us: With this being our 24th year of business, River Therapies brings a wealth of growth and passion to the therapy aspect of the greater Pittsburgh area.
