Building Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

Mon/Tue - 1:30 pm to 12 am

Wed-Fri: Off

Sat/Sun - 8 am to 6:30 pm

Compensation:

$17 - $18 hourlyResponsibilities:

Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations

Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner

Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff

Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours

Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the tradeQualifications:

Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance

Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory

Experience with facilities management software is preferred

Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills

A high school diploma or equivalent GED is requiredAbout Company
