Job Description

We're seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as hotel shuttle drivers—individuals who prioritize passenger safety, derive satisfaction from assisting others, and are eager to contribute to a rapidly growing company that is making a positive impact on transportation. Our shuttle drivers go beyond merely driving; they are compassionate individuals who take pride in becoming integral parts of the communities they serve. Responsibilities

Safely and reliably transport hotel guests within our service area while providing the highest standard of customer service.

Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicles for each daily shift.

Utilize navigation apps to determine the most efficient routes, ensuring timely arrivals at guest destinations.

Serve as a community ambassador for our hotel and any affiliated partners, which may involve distributing promotional materials and supporting events.

Position Requirements

Minimum age of 21.

Passion for providing exceptional service to others.

Possession of a valid driver's license in the applicable region.

3+ years of licensed driving experience in the United States.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to multitask and navigate a driver app.

Clean driving record (Subject to review prior to hire).

Successful completion of pre-employment drug test, criminal background check, and physical examination.

A Day in the Life of a Hotel Shuttle Driver

Report to your designated hotel location, where our well-maintained vehicles are stationed.

Open the designated driver app, log in, and commence your day.

Conduct a thorough vehicle checklist to ensure all aspects are in order; promptly report any issues to management.

Maintain the interior cleanliness of the shuttle for a pleasant guest experience.

Navigate through the service area, ensuring timely and safe transportation for guests.

If assistance is required, contact our dedicated Customer Support Team for immediate support.

Conclude your day by returning the shuttle to the designated area. After a brief cleaning session, plug the vehicle into our charging stations—and you've completed your day.
