HCM Functional Consultant - Core, Benefits,WIRE, LOA, Absence Modules:

have at least 8+ years of overall experience with deep experience in PeopleSoft HCM Core HR & Benefits modules.

have worked on / Implemented PS HCM - Core HR, Benefits and Absences & NA Payroll is a value add skill.

have experience in conducting CRP sessions & Requirement workshops for implementation engagements

demonstrate proven abilities and success with Core HR & Benefits application modules doing functional configuration

have strong orientation for Designing, building, testing and deploying PS Core HR & Benefits modules

communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents.

customer handling skills and ability to lead & mentor team-members

to work under pressure and meet deadlines

organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills

to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly

to multi task and still stay focused on release priorities in Fusion context

be flexible for travel
