Tenant Retention Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a Tenant Relations Coordinator to join our team! As a key player in our property management division, you will be responsible for cultivating positive relationships with our tenants, ensuring high satisfaction levels, and implementing strategies to enhance tenant retention rates.

Responsibilities:

Proactively engage with tenants to understand their needs and concerns.

Develop and implement effective tenant retention strategies.

Communicate with tenants regarding incentives for lease renewals.

Address and ensure tenant issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Conduct regular surveys and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for enhancement.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Customer Service

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Conflict management skills to effectively handle customer complaints or difficult situations.

Ability to work well in teams
