Job Title - Performance Marketing Associate
Key responsibilities:
● Plan & execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels - Google
Ads, Facebook Ads, 3rd party networks, etc.
● Take ownership of online campaigns and revenue.
● Understanding of the ecosystem - Attribution, Tracking, and tuning various End-to-End
Funnel Metrics & Real-Time ROI measurements right from Traffic Metrics to conversion
funnels.
● Running experiments on paid digital channels to find incremental value of digital
marketing across user and customer cohorts.
● Designing experiments to improve the overall contribution of digital marketing
towards business in a profitable manner.
● Coordinate with the internal product, tech teams for timely execution of various digital
marketing tasks and initiatives.
● Monitor and keep track of essential funnels and events in Marketing setup.
● Responsible for campaign management - planning, monitoring, optimization &
reporting.
Who will Qualify
● 1+ years of relevant experience especially in Google Ads. Experience with e-commerce
businesses will be an advantage.
● Highly data-oriented approach towards planning and problem-
solving.
● Self-motivated and willing to work in a startup environment
● Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data
● Knowledge of Marketing analytics, Attribution, and Planning tools (e.g. Google Analytics,
Appsflyer etc.)
● Hands-on experience with performance marketing channels Google ads, Facebook Ads,
etc. in managing the marketing budget at scale along with the business objectives & KPIs
like ROAS, CPI, CAC, LTV, etc.
● Proven track record of increasing user acquisition, engagement, and retention and
meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability goals.
