We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Development Analytics professional to join Talent Development Team. As a Talent Development Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for leveraging data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations that drive strategic Learning decisions and improve organizational effectiveness & competency-based model. You will work closely with Learning partners, Business Leadership, and other key stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions to key Talent Development challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret Learning data/MIS to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

Develop and maintain Learning KPIs dashboards and reports to track key metrics and KPIs.

Provide data-driven insights to support talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.

Conduct statistical analyses and predictive modelling to forecast Talent Development outcomes and recommend proactive interventions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Talent Development experiments and measure the impact of Talent Development programs and policies.

Stay up to date with the latest Talent Development analytics trends, tools, and best practices.

Present findings and recommendations to Talent Development leaders and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Support ad-hoc data requests and special projects related to Talent Development analytics.

Reporting and Governance: Monthly MBR Decks for Business, Publish Quarterly Dashboard to the stakeholders, etc.

Able to Drive Innovation in the team, like Kaizen, QC stories, Lean projects, etc.

Requirements:

MBA in HR, Statistics, Business, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Macros, VBA, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI).

Solid understanding of HR processes and metrics.

Experience working with HR systems and databases.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
