We're looking for someone who loves all things finance and wants to build accurate and reliable financial reports and processes. What You'll Bring

CA, Master degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

A 5 years of experience preferably in fintech/NBFCs/B2B marketplace

Strong understanding of financial systems and processes

Proven experience in managing budgets, cash flow, and financial analysis

Strong leadership skills and highly motivated to lead a team

Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to think strategically and provide solutions for business challenges

Experience in a start-up environment will make your CV stand out
